General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It shows little compromises on heart functions or decrease in ejection fraction which means slightly decreased than usual pumping ability of your heart as well as small filling defect or volumes getting filled and pushed out of the heart are slightly lower than normal and may need long term management with diuretics as well as beta blockers and Angiotensin blockers etc. If active chest pain is experienced then coronary angiography to open any blocked vessels may be needed.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
